Connectors
A Connector is someone who introduces people who may be interested in Utility Warehouse. Connectors can be sole traders, businesses, charities or community groups. You don't need to sell Utility Warehouse services – simply make introductions and we'll do the rest.
You can earn between £25 and £150 for each eligible homeowner who joins Utility Warehouse through your introduction, depending on how many core services they take.
No. As a Connector, you're not permitted to sell Utility Warehouse services, negotiate prices or act on behalf of Utility Warehouse. Your role is simply to make introductions.
Once someone has agreed to be contacted and their details have been passed to Utility Warehouse Partner who signed you up as a Connector, they will then get in touch with them to discuss Utility Warehouse services with them.
You can introduce people who may be interested in Utility Warehouse services and who are not current or previous Utility Warehouse customers.
Yes. You must have the individual's express permission before their details are passed to a Utility Warehouse Partner.
Commission is usually paid within 50 days of the first qualifying service going live, directly into the bank account you provided when you registered.
Yes. Businesses can register as Connectors and earn up to £150 for successful introductions that meet the programme criteria.
Yes. Charities can participate as Connectors. However, any payment made is for referral services and is not a charitable donation from Utility Warehouse.
Yes. Potential customers can change their mind at any point. If they do, they should let you know so the relevant Utility Warehouse Partner can be informed.
No. Connectors should only use approved Utility Warehouse marketing materials. Paid advertising and self-created marketing materials are not permitted.
